Quinton de Kock scored 94 off 90 balls with 10 fours and 4 sixes as South Africa posted an imposing total of 299/5 after being put into bat first. In response, Zimbabwe could only manage 246 off 47 overs as they were skittled out for less than 250 despite having made a decent start in their chase. With this victory, South Africa have also qualified for the 2022 Cricket World Cup Super League which is set to begin later this year.
